Research

The Division of Vascular & Endovascular Surgery is a leader in the development of device technology for aneurysms, as well as novel biologic therapies to improve the outcomes of bypass surgery, promote new blood vessel growth, and ameliorate the progression of PAD. It has a a broad portfolio of clinical trials encompassing all major disease categories. Trials are led by Principal Investigators (PI) who conduct research to support advances in treatment for vascular diseases. They are supported by a dedicated team of clinical research trial coordinators.

The Division also has a number of research labs including the Wang Lab, Atherosclerosis Research Lab and the Laboratory for Accelerated Vascular Research.
